Responsibility
- achieving performance-based targets
- completing maintenance work as per your schedule
- answering the phone when required & booking in customers bikes
- use of POS system to correctly apply all chargeable items to each customer’s final bill of sale
- use of POS system to process customer transactions in general
- ensuring you highlight any low stock/out of stock items to the relevant person
- cleaning and tidying as required
- ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Requirements
- minimum of Cytec level 2 qualification
- minimum of 2 years’ experience
- knowledge of the current bicycle market and product brands
- time management and ability to adapt
- barista training will be provided, if needed
