  • QCF Level 5 Diploma in health and social care Leadership/Management
  • knowledge of relevant legislations, regulations, and quality standards
  • strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • enhanced DBS
  • 2 Years Minimum Experience working in a similar managerial role within a supported living, Registered Care home or mental health setting
  • management: 2 years

Responsibility

  • act as a key point of contact for service users and their families, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and taking appropriate action
  • develop and maintain effective working relationships with local authorities, healthcare professionals, social workers, and other external stakeholders
  • represent the supported living facility at meetings, conferences, and networking events to promote the service and share best practices
  • review and process referrals received from external agencies or individuals
  • promote a culture of safeguarding and ensure that all staff members are trained and aware of safeguarding policies and procedures
  • collaborate with external agencies to coordinate and integrate services for service users, ensuring a holistic approach to their care
  • establish performance indicators and monitor key metrics to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of service delivery
