- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- leads the shift and motivates the team to drive sales
- follows opening, closing & shift changeover procedures ensuring effective handover
- ensures the cleaning schedules are followed with all cleaning monitored & allocated fairly
- following Health & Safety/Food Safety/Statutory requirements and report to Line Manager if required
- trains the team on brand standards
- ensures cash procedures followed by all staff
- supports the team on the shop floor and tills if needed
Requirements
- team Leader/Supervisor experience within retail or hospitality sector
- must be able to start as early as 5am
- ability to work well under pressure, in fast paced environment
- brighton has Full Time permanent roles for an immediate start
- ability to work under pressure in fast paced environment
- team Leader: 1 year
- due to some responsibilities within the Shift Manager role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts
- this role requires 4:30am start due to deliveries - please check your transport connection prior to applying
