  • M.R Industrial Services are seeking an Quantity Surveyor / Estimator with experience in the steelwork/metalwork/construction industry to join a well established and successful steelwork fabrication business based in Corby, Northamptonshire
  • an Quantity Surveyor / Estimator is a key figure for the M.R team and will primarily be responsible for the overall success of winning the tenders
  • manage the tender from enquiry through to submission and post tender queries

Requirements

  • several years exposure working with main contractors
  • estimating experience in a comparable construction role
  • able to price/quote steel packages
  • experience with architectural, secondary & structural steel
  • ability to manage cross functional teams
  • ability to adapt to change
  • excellent time management and prioritisation skills needed to manage multiple contracts UK wide
  • ability to communicate at all levels with clients/architects/structural engineers/sub-contractors/ H&S and in-house management teams
