Responsibility

  • rates of pay are between £15 and £20 an hour depending on experience, paid weekly
  • mr Wilson is on the lookout for an enthusiastic chef to work in our busy city centre kitchen. The guaranteed shifts are every Friday and Saturday, looking after and making our excellent bottomless brunches your own
  • there are also occasional Sundays and Bank Holidays plus the occasional midweek shift. Around Christmas there will be a mixture of lunch, afternoon and evening shifts which all need taking care of
  • suitable applicants will also be asked to periodically come up with new menus for our brunches and buffets for private hires to keep things fresh
  • as the chef we expect you to have experience in food preparation, kitchen service and take pride in preparing and serving the perfect plate regardless of how busy it gets
  • applicants will be required to follow Health & Safety and Food Hygiene Policies, ensuring all routine cleaning schedules are maintained, keep allergen documentation up to date, be in control of the ordering and rotation of the food and should be prepared to show all relevant food hygiene certificates at time of interview
