  • we are expanding and seeking an enthusiastic, proactive and committed Flooring Sales Estimator who is passionate about customer experience
  • this a full time, customer-centric role with numerous modes of communication, such as face to face, inbound/outbound email and phone
  • this is a great opportunity for someone looking to work in a fast-paced, customer facing environment
  • resolve customer queries, via email and phone, in a helpful, and professional manner
  • become a product expert in all of our carpet, vinyl and luxury vinyl tile ranges
  • build strong relationships with all our customers, suppliers, fitting team and sales team
  • provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • follow standard procedures for escalations of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
