- this role involves the following duties & responsibilities
- to provide support and assistance to the manager in the general day to day running of the home
- to be aware of Safeguarding procedures and protocols and ensure these are always adhered to
- MPS Care Group is a leading provider of residential nursing and care homes. Our homes provide comfortable, safe and homely environments for our residents
- we are looking to recruit a Deputy Manager to work within one of our well-presented care homes, Rosecroft care Home is situated in Workington
- assisting to maintain high occupancy levels at the home
- liaison with GPs and other agencies as required
- assist with induction training, information and supervision to staff as appropriate, ensuring they are conversant with their duties and responsibilities
