Responsibility
- provide tier 1 and tier 2 desktop support using our internal ticket system
- maintain data confidentiality and security
- identify opportunities for improved IT accessibility and connectivity
- offer training and support for network and IT functions
- assist in new project mobilization, including onboarding procedures
- support IT asset management and procurement
- manage communications and audio/visual equipment
- ensure network infrastructure control, administration, safety, and security
Requirements
- microsoft 365 Certified Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- additional Azure/365 qualifications
- minimum 3 years' experience supporting IT infrastructure in a large organization
- experience working with socially disadvantaged and vulnerable individuals
- previous desktop support and customer service experience
- experience with Hybrid Azure AD environment
- proficiency in Windows 10/11 OS, Active Directory, and Azure AD
- understanding of Microsoft Azure infrastructure
