Responsibility
develop customised solutions and prepare proposals to build confidence around our knowledge, expertise, and overall process, and ultimately secure new engagements
work closely with the Talent team to ensure a seamless transition
inform the Talent team of the sales pipeline, onboard them onto new engagements, ensure key information (e.g
requirements, expectations, concerns) has been has communicated, and stay connected to identify opportunities for further engagement
report on sales forecasts and performance to Movemeback Senior Leadership
nurture relationships with decision makers at hiring organisations, develop an understanding of their talent challenges, budget and needs, and convert leads into sales opportunities
demonstrate a strategic approach to identify, target and develop new organisational relationships, through 1:1 engagement, partnerships, event participation, initiatives, and more
close sales opportunities by proposing relevant service offerings, structuring pricing, negotiating, following up and chasing on conversations and agreeing final terms with hiring organisations
