Responsibility

  • develop customised solutions and prepare proposals to build confidence around our knowledge, expertise, and overall process, and ultimately secure new engagements
  • work closely with the Talent team to ensure a seamless transition
  • inform the Talent team of the sales pipeline, onboard them onto new engagements, ensure key information (e.g
  • requirements, expectations, concerns) has been has communicated, and stay connected to identify opportunities for further engagement
  • report on sales forecasts and performance to Movemeback Senior Leadership
  • nurture relationships with decision makers at hiring organisations, develop an understanding of their talent challenges, budget and needs, and convert leads into sales opportunities
  • demonstrate a strategic approach to identify, target and develop new organisational relationships, through 1:1 engagement, partnerships, event participation, initiatives, and more
  • close sales opportunities by proposing relevant service offerings, structuring pricing, negotiating, following up and chasing on conversations and agreeing final terms with hiring organisations
