ensuring that builder reports and online portals are completed and returned timeously each week
work with the New Build Director to ensure transactions run smoothly and to the builders’ deadlines
ensure accuracy and compliance with current policies and procedures
effective monitoring and scrutiny of files ensuring timescales are met and that paperwork is processed, filed and kept up to date
receiving and checking mortgage instructions from lenders and undertaking specific tasks required
effectively engage with clients, mortgage lenders and solicitors at every stage of the transaction from taking initial instructions and quoting, throughout the missive stage and through to completion
