  • advising and keeping clients up to date with the progress of their transactions both via email and telephone contact
  • ensuring that builder reports and online portals are completed and returned timeously each week
  • work with the New Build Director to ensure transactions run smoothly and to the builders’ deadlines
  • ensure accuracy and compliance with current policies and procedures
  • effective monitoring and scrutiny of files ensuring timescales are met and that paperwork is processed, filed and kept up to date
