Responsibility

  • business & Finance Manager
  • salary £30K - £35k subject to experience and qualifications
  • furnish monthly Finance and Business Reports to the Board of Directors to enable timely and appropriate decision making
  • an opportunity has arisen for an experienced, proactive professional manager, reporting to the Board of Directors and assuming overall responsibility for the successful operation of Clogher Valley Credit Union Limited
  • the successful candidate will manage, monitor and control the day to day operations of the Credit Union in accordance with legislation and regulation

Requirements

  • 3rd Level qualification in Business, Accountancy or Finance
  • accounting Technician qualification
  • experience in developing, presenting, and reporting on strategic Business Plans and Risk Register
  • experience in the delivery of staff training
  • ability to manage, monitor and control the day to day operations of the Credit Union in accordance with legislation and regulation
  • experience in Promotion, Advertising and Marketing
  • knowledge and understanding of the Credit Union sector and ethos
  • possess good leadership and people management skills including appropriate level of knowledge and experience in Human Resources
