Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and driven Junior Merchandiser (Kidswear) who will grow with the company and add value to our team. This person will report into the Merchandiser and will support the delivery of category performance objectives, in line with the seasonal and global growth strategy. What you'll be doing Supporting the merchandiser to drive the seasonal category strategy including sales, buy and options, using analysis to quantify risks and opportunity and communicating to leadership team Supports the merchandiser with the overall category planning but also takes responsibility of select departments within the category to include range building, planning buy quantities, stock management and pricing. Managing the WSSI for selected departments under the overall guidance of the Merchandiser. Overview As Assistant Merchandiser on our Footwear team, you will deliver category retail performance objectives through inventory management, availability planning and performance analysis. This person will report into the Merchandise Manager and will be responsible for delivering category performance objectives, in line with the seasonal and global growth strategy. Accountable for category online and retail inventory and performance KPIs, delivering stock to fulfil category budgets, and trading the online platforms and retail stores in the most profitable way. What you'll be doing Drives the seasonal category strategy ensuring KPI’s are in line with the overall brand strategy, including sales, buy and options, using analysis to quantify risks and opportunity and communicating to leadership team Plans and buys a balanced range for the category in line with budget, agreed intake phasing and architecture.
