- support in the development of sales and marketing materials, while maintaining our consistent brand identity
- monitor and analyse ad performance on comparison sites, social media and PPC, optimizing to improve conversion rates, ROI, and Cost per Acquisition
- effectively communicate KPIs, regularly sharing insights and recommendations with the Sales Manager and Director, following thorough marketing analysis
- develop and execute email marketing campaigns to key customer segments, making recommendations to improve open and click through rates and lead A/B testing initiatives
- collaborate with others in the business to source and create keyword-rich content to attract high-quality traffic and distribute across our website, social and marketing campaigns
- employ a range of analytic tools to monitor and assess the company's marketing performance, ensuring a deep understanding of the ROI for diverse marketing activities
