- vehicle Collection: Safely and efficiently collect vehicles from various locations across Yorkshire using a 3.5-tonne vehicle
- customer Service: Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive experience during vehicle collections
- performance Driven: Meet and exceed performance targets related to the number of vehicle collections and overall efficiency
- vehicle Inspection: Conduct basic inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet our standards for purchase
- documentation: Complete necessary paperwork accurately and promptly for each vehicle collected
- vehicle Transportation: Safely transport collected vehicles back to the designated Motorflog facility
Requirements
- driving License: A valid UK driving license with the appropriate category for a 3.5-tonne vehicle
- vehicle collection driver: 1 year
- punctuality: Strong punctuality and reliability are essential for this role
- driving: 2 years
- customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- performance-Driven: Ability to work towards and achieve performance targets
- geographical Knowledge: Familiarity with Yorkshire's road network and geography
- basic Vehicle Knowledge: Understanding of basic vehicle mechanics and the ability to conduct basic vehicle inspections
