  • use common automotive tools such as ECP, GSF parts alliance, Ebay motors etc to source parts for warranty repairs
  • check parts and labour costs are accurate and source reconditioned/ refurbished parts where appropriate
  • manage repairs in network workshops
  • discuss repairs with workshops and customers via telephone, email and our systems
  • automotive/ mechanical experience is necessary, eg service / parts advisor, engineer, technician or service technician
  • competent customer service skills required
  • processing customer contributions towards repairs
  • automotive parts: 2 years
