MOTIVE OFFSHORE GROUP is looking for employees for positions:
engineering project manager
Responsibility
- adopt the Motive Offshore Group People Values and ensuring their use is embedded throughout day-to-day tasks and decision making
- responsible for ensuring that project activities comply with all relevant Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality processes, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- develop detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation
- allocate resources effectively to ensure project success
- lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives
- monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage potential delays
- liaise closely with the Sales & Operations Teams to ensure all aspects of secured work is handed over effectively, is clearly understood, and is communicated accurately amongst the PM and Operational Delivery teams
Requirements
- thorough knowledge of formal project management methods, processes, procedures, techniques, and tools
- strong understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes
- A degree/HND in a relevant subject
- experience and expertise in using Microsoft Project
- experience of managing complex engineering projects in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- experience of leading a projects team
- be recognised as a positive driving force within the business
