- this role is responsible for the main desktop support resource working mainly on support work but also the opportunity to get involved in some project work
- you will be supporting approximately 170 users and handling approximately 20 tickets a day and either fixing the issues there and then or escalating them to a different team
- you would be supporting a variety of technologies including Office 365, Windows Exchange Server, Active Directory, File and Print Servers, VOIP Telephony systems, Linux and some bespoke in-house systems
- we have spent the past 18 years building MPS into a company that major Film Studios and Distributors trust
Requirements
- must exemplify MPS’s Core Values of Fun, Impact, Team and Trust E
- educated to degree level or equivalent experience E
- office 365 support experience
- SSO, Active Directory and Azure AD
- VOIP Telephony
- networking troubleshooting
- installing, configuring and maintaining laptops and desktops
- experience in Post Production technologies
