- FULL UK driving license, ideally with no points
- competent PC skills and intermediate knowledge of IT and network configuration

- excellent customer-facing and interpersonal skills
- ability to adapt quickly to changing business and customer requirements

Responsibility
- preventative Maintenance: Perform pre-planned preventative maintenance services to proactively identify and address potential issues, ensuring optimal performance of vending machines
- SLA Adherence: Attend sites within business agreed Service Level Agreements to meet client expectations and maintain high service standards
- spare Parts Management: Independently manage spare parts stock holding to ensure efficient and timely machine builds and repairs
