Requirements

  • expert knowledge of programming concepts and object-oriented programming
  • fluency in Python and experience architecting large applications
  • strong knowledge of web programming specifics and experience in building web-based applications
  • extensive experience working with relational databases and handling large datasets
  • ideally a Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field, or proof of competence in equal skills
  • incredible attention to detail
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Python developer

Responsibility

  • playing a vital and key role in our Python projects
  • liaising and working closely with our designer
  • contributing to all layers of our technology stack including backend services, databases, APIs and web-based user interface
  • write “clean”, well-designed code
  • working with and supporting other technical team members
  • produce detailed specifications
  • liaising with business teams to develop informational systems
  • troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimisation and functionality
