preparing for daily review with the branch manager after the morning meeting
booking valuations for sellers and/or landlords
arranging inspections, viewings, move-ins and move-outs
following up viewings and reporting structured feedback to our sellers/landlords
responding to and addressing maintenance jobs
managing a team of contractors and building good relationships with them
organised to allocate and deal with multiple maintenance jobs simultaneously

arranging & carrying out viewings in line with company’s code of practice

maintaining records on internal CRM databases, as well as handling enquiries received by email & telephone in a professional manner
