Requirements
- previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or distribution centre environment
- strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures
- familiarity with quality control processes for incoming goods
- excellent organisational and time management skills
- ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- strong attention to detail and accuracy
- effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- leadership abilities to effectively manage a team
Responsibility
- to ensure that Goods Inwards and Replenishment processes are undertaken effectively to meet production targets and client needs within budget
- the management of the MHE fleet across the site to ensuring all Daily checks are completed in regular servicing
- manage and plan the all training across the department relating to process and regulatory compliance
- ensure all KPIs are met in areas of safety, quality, productivity, cost and Customer Service
- work collaboratively as part of the Warehouse Management team to achieve organisational goals and objectives
- constantly review practices in the Goods in area, to ensure all areas are fully utilised
- provide effective leadership and management to the Replenishment and Goods Inwards teams to consistently achieve departmental objectives
- provide support and development to the Supervisors through regular performance monitoring and coaching
