Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- individual-based support work
- members working within the B&A unit, and members allocated to their engagement worker list
- comply with Mosaic Clubhouse’s policies and procedures and with Clubhouse international standards, in accordance with all instructions, information and training supplied
- participate in routine cleaning and maintenance tasks as required
- assist in the induction and training of new members and staff
Requirements
- § Educated with good pass at A level standard or equivalent
- § Prior experience of planning and implementing activities and events
- § Good oral and written communication skills to express ideas clearly
- § Prior experience working with mental health services users in a community rehabilitation programme / support or therapeutic context
- § High energy levels and a positive disposition
- § Knowledge and sensitivity to the International Clubhouse Model and a commitment to participatory approaches
- § Prior experience of working within a Clubhouse context or similar participatory managed programme
- § Aptitude for individual support and planning
