we currently have 1 full time CDP position available to complete our kitchen team at Mortons Bistro. We are looking for a Chef de Partie to work alongside our team of 5 full time chefs, on a 5 out of 7 rota basis
own transport is essential. There are no public transport options within in walking distance of Mortons
we are a busy, independent bistro, in the heart of Gilmorton. We pride ourselves on our use of fresh produce, seasonal menus and friendly service
the role would suit a driven Chef de Partie with experience in a fresh food environment, who takes pride in their work and has a passion for cooking. The position is on a permanent basis, working full time approximately 42 hours per week
we currently serve food from 9am to 4pm Sunday to Thursday, and we extend our hours into the evening on Friday and Saturday nights
responsibilities will include managing a designated section of the kitchen to an outstanding standard, working closely with the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience and having a positive input into the kitchen’s performance
