this will be achieved through regular phone and email contact to ensure our records are reliable and up-to-date
your key responsibilities will include
performing various administration tasks including completing the end-to-end registration process for new customers
creating and maintaining accurate records on our bespoke client relationship management system
supporting internal and external customers by resolving queries in a professional manner, both over the phone and via email
as part of our busy back-office support team, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative tasks to help the business deliver an efficient and professional service to our growing customer base
you will also have responsibility for ensuring we achieve consistent levels of customer engagement with contractors who use our services by maintaining accurate records regarding their working arrangements
maintaining regular contact with our customers to ensure we are aware of their circumstances and their employee records are kept up to date
