Requirements
- need to have own client bank
- candidates should have circa 3 years’ experience handling a wide spectrum of Residential, BTL and protection enquiries
- also, an articulate phone manner, self-motivated with strong attention to detail for researching criteria in an ever-changing lender environment
- experience in placing cases with private banking institutions for high-net-worth clients preferable although not essential
- opportunity for career progression for an expanding department and growth expectations
- we are looking for an experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser to join our established Surrey based residential and commercial brokerage, recently expanding to additional offices and regions
- must have appropriate qualifications , competent adviser status and compliance track record
- we have a relaxed office environment in which a sense of humour is essential
