mortgage Advice Bureau is looking to recruit a Customer Care Coordinator who is passionate about maintaining strong relationships with our clients
contact exisiting clients to maintain relationships and identify opportunities by following best practises and procedures
provide effective communication and handle day to day operational issues
you will receive award winning extensive training which will equip you with all you need to reach your full potential
develop business relationships with advisers, ensuring a timely follow up to make certain leads are being dealt with
develop the Customer Care role through analysis and maintaining contact operating spreadsheets and producing monthly reports
you will act as a point of contact for our exsisting clients, ensuring their current mortgage and/or protection package is the most suitable for them
altough you will not be required to provide advice, you will be expected to have strong organisational skills to ensure the client is appointed the relevant Adviser at the best possible time in their client journey
