• prepare the meals within the home following the meal plan set out
• manage the smooth running of the Kitchen during the weekend, including overseeing the Kitchen Assistant
• to provide special diets where necessary as well as considering the preferences of individual residents

• to supervise and train staff if necessary
• maintain a clean and hazard free kitchen
