Responsibility
the expectation of this role is to drive sales growth in a designated territory
the role will need to proactively develop existing key account spend, in bound enquiries and pre-qualified opportunities from Barbour ABI
the individual will be expected to focus on opportunities above £3k with special focus on larger spending customers, schools undertaking development plans and new school builds
annual Bonus – 20% on achieved sales and revenue targets
present bid back to the customer, ensuring that the Morleys offer exceeds the brief set out by the customer
prepare quotations for Morleys own product enquiries in designated territory. This will include key accounts and new customers
close opportunities to sales to ensure that annual sales targets are achieved
supply management with updates on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products / strategic value propositions

can demonstrate experience in preparing quotations
can demonstrate experience in key account management
can demonstrate experience in closing deals in excess of £30k to schools, contractors and 3rd party project companies
can demonstrate a pro-active attitude when receiving pre-qualified leads
can demonstrate the ability to direct the customer to building a brief. This individual cannot just be a list taker
can demonstrate the ability to handle long term opportunities
