Responsibility
- cutting and maintaining grass to a variety of finishes using a pedestrian operated mower, ride-on mower and strimmer including fertilizer application
- cutting and maintaining hedges and the pruning of the community orchards
- maintenance of herbaceous borders, including bulb planting
- litter-picking and leaf clearing
- maintaining compost heaps
- maintaining tools and equipment and basic maintenance of machinery
- maintaining good relationships with residents and visitors
- observing all Health and Safety Risk Assessments, COSHH, regulatory and security measures
