Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- there will be other tasks as and when required that will still fit within the general property maintenance skill set
- there will be a small element of paid on call, although this is not often required
- it is therefore preferable that applicant should have their own transport and, ideally, be based locally
- the successful applicant will be expected to work with the maintenance team to perform day to day common tasks, associated with general property maintenance
- A full-time Maintenance Manager position has become available at a busy, 100+ bed care home site in Moorgate, Rotherham
- this can include basic plumbing and lighting issues, moving and handling where required such as moving furniture, painting and decorating, carpet fitting and general maintenance, as well as assisting with safety checks for emergency lighting, nurse call, fire alarms, etc
- the successful applicant should already have some experience of this kind of role, due to the dependency of the site on them
