Working hours
- part-time
Responsibility
- accounts/Payroll Administrator
- accounts - Assist with sales ledger including invoicing, credit notes and cash received
- payroll - Be responsible for processing two of our payrolls
- assist with the call back of three further payrolls
- in time, will be shown how to process the other three payrolls to be able to cover when necessary
- assist the HR department by checking employee terms and conditions or producing them if cover required
- an opportunity has arisen to join our family owned business, working at our head office in Eye, Suffolk. This is a varied position covering different aspects of the company such as accounts, payroll and transport admin
- working days will be Monday to Wednesday
Requirements
- previous experience in accounts and payroll preferred
- PC literate
- strong numeracy and literacy skills with attention to detail
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work additional hours/days for holiday/sickness cover
