- this large, Kent-based employer is seeking a confident HR professional to join its team on a fixed term contract for 12 months
- reporting to the HR Manager, this role encompasses all aspects of HR, from recruitment, benchmarking, advising managers on all HR issues, grievances, disciplinaries, performance and change management
- this is an exciting, varied role for a self-motivated, approachable and experienced HR Advisor who has up to date employment law knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively to managers and employees
