Responsibility

  • you will review work completed by Specialists and Seniors, while extending your payroll knowledge and expertise, and developing your management skills
  • you will balance your client work with a role in coaching, training, and supervising the payroll operations team
  • location is flexible for this role, but candidates should be within commuting distance of our Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow, or Elgin office
  • develop client relationships and identify areas for ongoing support
  • we are looking to recruit a Payroll Assistant Manager to work closely with CRMs and take the lead on a sub-team of Payroll Specialists based across the UK
  • review and manage the work of Seniors/Supervisors work and finalise reporting documents for director/partner review / sign off
  • you will be responsible for the effective completion and delivery of payroll compliance for a portfolio of clients, always adopting a digital approach
  • review and approve client payment runs for approval
