  • this is a unique opportunity for a Personal Injury Senior Paralegal to join our specialist spinal cord legal division, Aspire Law
  • this is a unique opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Paralegal to join our specialist spinal cord legal division, Aspire Law
  • record time in accordance with the firm’s time recording policy
  • to prepare correspondence, documents and enclosures for despatch using the practice
  • this is a unique opportunity for a Personal Injury and / or Clinical Negligence Senior Paralegal to join our specialist spinal cord legal division, Aspire Law

Requirements

  • up to date legal knowledge
  • law degree essential, LPC/SQE desirable
  • previous Residential Property experience
  • effective communication skills - verbal and written
  • provide support to several members of the team, including Partners and other senior fee-earners, allowing them to work at optimum efficiency
  • offer initial guidance and advice to new clients, and act as a point of contact and team liaison throughout the matter
  • ability to effectively deal with clients and provide a high level of service
  • take a leading role in the disclosure exercise of various matters, which can often be quite involved and protracted
