- we work with volunteers, landowners, partners and communities to recreate native woodland in and around Dartmoor
- our vision is to restore Dartmoor’s depleted temperate rainforest both by encouraging natural regeneration and planting trees where necessary
- moor Trees in South Devon is recruiting a Fundraising Manager to secure income for the charity and help us grow to achieve our vision for Dartmoor
- by 2050, we hope to see a wilder, more natural Dartmoor, with restored diverse moorland habitats, including rough grazing, with recovering temperate rainforest in its valleys
- we also believe that a wilder Dartmoor will be good for the local economy, improving existing livelihoods as well as creating new opportunities
Requirements
- producing successful funding bids: 5 years
- writing project based grant applications: 5 years
- fundraising for 6-figure annual budgets: 2 years
