Responsibility
- we are looking for a Property Manager to manage their own portfolio of properties
- day to Day Property Management
- planning cyclical maintenance, managing reactive works and monitoring contractors
- meeting service level KPIs including maintenance repairs, email/letter responses, etc
- being able to read and understand leases
- carry out thorough quarterly site inspections across portfolio and send timely reports
- organising, attending and chairing AGMs including sending the relevant notices
- the role is suited to someone with property management experience who is studying for their IRPM qualifications and is keen to progress through our business to a senior position
Requirements
- ideally minimum 2 years’ experience in Property Manager role
- IRPM qualification desirable but not essential
- good work ethic which will be rewarded
- entrepreneurial spirit
- full driver’s licence
