Responsibility

  • define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in a detailed work plan, including resource requirements
  • provide strategic direction, coaching and development opportunities to junior staff, rallying the team around the pursuit of excellence
  • continuously monitor and manage risks, actions, issues, and decisions , escalations, workstream communications, and stakeholder management
  • collaborate with matrixed project team members to align and complete project assignments with high-quality outputs
  • identify cross-functional resources, risks, and inter-dependencies in partnership with functional leaders
  • make recommendations to enhance project management discipline, governance, and procedures for effective management of the HR portfolio of programs/projects
  • manage major strategic projects across the People Team and other corporate functions, ensuring adherence to standard program and project management disciplines
