Responsibility
- extensive client liaison
- assist Clients with their resourcing requirements
- attending client calls on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis in liaison with their requirements
- initiate measures to research and resolve client-raised issues
- implement onboarding sessions for new clients
- review communication between Support and Dept of Heads to improve responses and processes to issues raised by clients
