MONTIREX is looking for employees for positions:
- ensuring all orders are correctly picked and packed
- conducting regular stock counts
- assisting management with warehouse plans for spare stock
- maintaining a clean workstation and warehouse
- assisting with loading and unloading vehicles in line with H&S procedures
- working with warehouse software and systems
- reporting any QC issues to management
- previous warehouse experience
- must be comfortable working alone or as part of a team
- must be able to follow full Health and Safety regulations around the workplace
- the ability to be flexible and use initiative

- A good communicator
- ability to work across men’s, women’s, kid’s and accessories
- ensuring all aspects of the critical path are maintained and that the product development process is smooth, ensuring ex-factory dates are kept to
- controlling all seal samples stages and ensuring they are all done within the critical path timeframe
- assist with bulk QC checks when needed
- experience of working in a customer service environment with the ability to thrive under pressure and achieve customer satisfaction
- the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
- excellent planning and organisational skills
- excellent communication skills , including strong spelling and grammar skills
- IT literacy, high flexibility in your schedule, good organisation, independence, and self-reliance
- dealing with customer chargebacks
- dealing with customer queries and complaints
- assisting the design team in the design and development of all ranges
- carry out market research to identify emerging trends
- detailed research to develop new multi-sport/outdoor product, including apparel and accessories, across genders
- researching and sourcing the latest fabrics, innovations and techniques within the sector
- attend comp and inspiration shopping trips
- must be passionate about product and innovation within the sports/outdoor sector
- degree in fashion not required, however preferred depending on candidate
- dedicated team player who can quickly adapt to change in a fast-growing business
