Responsibility

  • undertake all housekeeping and cleaning duties to keep the MFCC offices clean and tidy
  • undertake all housekeeping and cleaning duties to keep the MFCC refuges clean and tidy, including the changeover of rooms when families move out
  • set up vacant rooms for the next client – bedding, toiletries etc
  • tidy bedrooms once vacated and remove any rubbish or left over belongings
  • keep the cleaning storage spaces clean and well-organised and ensure cleaning products are stored safely
  • assist in disposing of unwanted items in refuge either through alternative charities / recycling projects or through waste disposal
  • at all times work in a safe and efficient manner and be aware of the Lone Working Policy / Health and Safety Policy and Procedures
  • report and address any health and safety concerns or maintenance issues in line with MFCC policies and procedures
