Responsibility
- unloading the production lines of finished goods
- moving finishes goods from storage areas to loading areas for transport
- loading and unloading vehicles
- manoeuvring the trucks safely in a busy manufacturing environment
- safely stacking and unstacking large quantities of goods, pallets and raw materials
- stock rotation
- drive following all standard procedures
- ensuring that forklift driving areas are free from spills or obstructions
Requirements
- strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- basic ICT Skills
- preferably have some experience in a manufacturing environment although training will be given
- ability to work in a fast pace and high pressure environment
- observe and Maintain Health & Safety standards within the business
- good time keeping and flexibility
- counterbalance FLT certificate is essential
- reach Truck certificate is desirable, but training can be provided in house
