- being the first point of contact for clients, providing helpful updates and answering queries promptly
- proactively progress mortgage and protection applications through to completion
- dealing with incoming calls, emails and post
- keeping up-to-date business tracking records
- creating, completing and updating client profiles on our CRM management software
- submission of mortgage and protection applications
- research and sourcing of mortgage products and insurance products
Requirements
- excellent attention to detail
- outstanding communication skills at all levels both written and verbal
- confident telephone manner and excellent customer service
- ability to juggle a busy workload
- good numeracy
