• assist in processing customer orders at peak periods
• booking transport and deliveries as and when needed
• liaising with suppliers and contractors requesting and providing key information
• inputting and updating data on daily production schedules
• interpret information to prioritise tasks in line with business needs
• operate a high level of attention to detail and utilise organisational skills
• liaise with customers and suppliers to achieve optimal results
• maintain the highest level of company customer service standards
• escalate any enquiries as needed within the team
