MONSOON is looking for employees for positions:
merchandiser
Responsibility
- ensures all departmental, brand analysis and reports are accurately produced, maintained and circulated on a weekly basis: Monday trade, in season trade, pre-season trade and end of season analysis
- ensure the development process is continuous and that they optimise the use of trials & stock buys
- ensure regular communication with Retail ops, Brand Merchandising, stores visits, Site Ops & Marketing to monitor performance of stock and identify opportunities
- work closely with the Buyer, Designer and Technologist to agree the balance of the range, ensuring it is representative of the fashion trends, capture volume drivers and commercial to Accessorize Merchandising
- oversees and maintains Brand KPI sheets
