We have an exciting opportunity to join our Direct Mortgage Sales team as a Mortgage Team Leader. Your role will involve managing a team of Mortgage Advisers and Mortgage Co-ordinators, ensuring fair customer outcomes through performance management and T&C supervision. What you will be doing? As a Mortgage Team Leader you will be supporting the increase of mortgage growth, whilst managing a team of mortgage advisers and co-ordinators. You will be managing colleagues and stakeholders to work collaboratively, making a positive difference for our members. You will be responsible for driving direction and performance management within the department, including conducting quality checks, coaching, and providing feedback. You will promote high levels of customer service and drive a culture of continuous improvement. What type of person will you need to be? You’ll need to be experienced in managing, coaching and developing teams, demonstrating a positive and forward-thinking attitude. You’ll have the ability to multitask, be confident in using all Microsoft programmes, and have a clear and concise communication style. Finally, you should be able to provide evidence of continuous professional development and learning, and have a CeMap or equivalent qualification. Savings & Customer Contact Team Leader Cardiff
An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Savings and Customer Contact Team for a permanent Team Leader who whilst will predominantly be based at our Newport City head office, as most of the team choose to work at this location; will have the option to work in an agile way from home and from the Cardiff City centre office. What will you be doing? As the SCC Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver accurate, efficient and timely processing of savings administration, customer contact and member requests. You will ensure overall service delivery of the department meets or exceeds expected quality standards through leading, coaching and supporting your team. What type of person will you need to be? The ideal candidate will enjoy working with people to bring the best out of them and drive high performance through developing a positive culture in the team. As such leadership, training and mentoring experience is desirable.
