  • scheduling of planned maintenance
  • receiving and registering reactive maintenance tasks
  • prioritisation of job tickets for allocation to appropriate resources
  • scheduling and dispatch of service engineers and sub-contracted resources
  • requires efficient forward-scheduling of multiple engineers' diaries
  • coordinating follow-up remedial works
  • liaison with Operations Manager for the procurement of equipment and materials for allocated service jobs
