Responsibility

  • monarch Joinery is a small family run company in Ipswich with over 30 years of trading
  • we are hiring x2 experienced Wood Machinists with at least 3 years experience
  • we are looking for someone who is a competent wood machinist to be able to work in a modern machine shop in the production of both modern and traditional joinery styles
  • must have a well grounded history and knowledge in the every day use of five head moulders, surface & thickness planers, mortising, tenoning and spindles moulders as a basic requirement
  • to ensure safe operating processes are followed
  • communicate with supervisors about any issues or problems that may arise
  • keep work area clean and organized, with attention to safety standards and proper safety procedures
