Responsibility

  • serve as the lead point of contact for existing clients, collect their feedback and keep them satisfied with the service
  • build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, most notably chefs and restaurant managers
  • communicate with clients by telephone, email and in person
  • meet weekly and monthly milestones set out by the management
  • communicate progress to stakeholders on a weekly and monthly basis by analysing results and putting them into reports
  • identify opportunities and weaknesses, propose solutions
