Responsibility
- ensuring critical 2022-2023 planning is completed through engagement with relevant stakeholders across 1LOD and 2LOD
- working with relevant teams to ensure execution of 2022-2023 plan including technology enhancements or new build
- preventative and detective intraday controls to include pre-trade checks, block & allocation controls

- leading conduct risk project requirements and supporting compliance across Markets
- additional PM level responsibilities will include independent leading various workstreams and deep-dive workshops to support evolving project priorities
- moving payrolls from one payroll vendor to another
- detail project plans to support business led strategy across multiple workstreams
- developing an understanding of and effectively articulating IBOR remediation efforts both internally and externally
- liaising directly with senior management day-to-day
- provide updates to facilitate end to end tracking/monitoring/status reporting of workstreams and new product approvals
- quality assuring IBOR Markets Transformation processes, identifying and remediation pain points and escalation of issues
- creating new PAYE references, data migration, parallel runs and resolving all elated queries
- drafting key updates for regulatory bodies and internal senior forums
- ensuring regular and effective communication at all levels
- managing the IBOR risk and control submissions for Markets
- supporting with integrating new payrolls because of business acquisitions
- working with cross functional areas and senior stakeholders to manage IBOR escalations
- providing risk & issues identification, assessment, and mitigation to senior management
- the role will act as the central PMO for the project responsible for managing and staying on top of all project related artefacts such as the project plan, RAID logs, collating stakeholder project updates, updating an inventory of status reports and trackers
- following predefined quality control processes and escalation routes
- managing the risk, issues, and action log
- understanding regulatory rulesets in detail and their applicability to Markets products
Requirements
- qualified project / program management
- A proven track record in delivery with accountability from start to end
- minimum 5 years project management experience in major/complex institutions

- detailed knowledge of Capital Markets traded products preferred
- experience in leading Working Groups comprised of 1st & 2nd line teams
