Responsibility
- the post holder will further ensure that the Control of Monitor and Measuring Equipment procedure is maintained at all time
- the post holder will ensure that all products conform and adhere to our customers’ expectations; quickly and effectively take action when non-conformances are found
- to develop inspection plans in order to identify gauging needed, methods of inspection, time needed to inspect and to record and capture variable inspection data
- the above list is not exhaustive, and the job holder should make themselves aware of all pertinent procedures in the company’s operational manual
- effectively communicate Non-Conformances with the Customer, providing Corrective and Preventative Action Reports in a timely manner
Requirements
- good investigative and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- ability to think logically and methodically
- ability to work independently and proactively
- ability to understand engineering drawing, specifications & standards
- experience in factory Master would be a benefit
